Review : SATA (Azores air lines) should teach some common sense to their staff. The guy at the check in counter made a big deal of us not having Arrive Canada information filled in at the time of checking in. The fact that we were flying from Horta to Ponta Delgada and only THEN to Toronto and the fact that we will have all time in the world while waiting in the airport, and the fact we are aware of consequences entering Canada without Arrive Canada application receipts and the fact that is not his damn business if Canada going to make us quarantine had not effect what so ever. The dude was dum as a log. Sorry.... We had to enter all Arrive Canada information at the counter at the expense of other passengers waiting in line to check in. You guys should totally pick better people for customer service positions.
